Peter Wisnefske

A West Bend, Wisconsin native, Peter has spent his career building experience in the construction industry and developing an understanding of what it takes to successfully complete projects in the field. His work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to build something of his own ultimately became the foundation for ECS Civil.

Peter founded the company in December 2021 as Erosion Control Solutions, initially focusing on providing reliable erosion control services for home builders and contractors. As customer relationships grew and the company took on a wider range of work, the vision expanded beyond erosion control.

Today, ECS Civil represents that next chapter—a growing civil construction company specializing in grading, erosion control, site stabilization, and site development services. The company works alongside home builders, general contractors, developers, and property owners to provide dependable solutions that help keep projects on schedule and moving forward.

With more than 12 years of construction experience, Peter's background includes residential and commercial construction, freeway development, underground utilities, and civil site work. That experience has shaped the way ECS Civil approaches every project: understand the job, communicate clearly, work efficiently, and deliver a quality finished product.

Peter continues to take a hands-on approach to the business and believes that strong relationships are built by doing what you say you're going to do. His goal is to grow ECS Civil while maintaining the responsiveness, accountability, and quality workmanship that customers expect from a trusted subcontractor.

Beyond the business, Peter remains committed to the West Bend community. He volunteers with Cedar Community, assisting with community events, trail maintenance, lake cruises, and other activities.

Looking ahead, Peter's vision is to continue building ECS Civil into a trusted name in Wisconsin's civil construction industry—one project and one relationship at a time.
